1921 - Walking Through Providence

In the dark of night, a creature takes flight

Feasting on blood with a hunger that's right

The lust burns within, a thirst for sin

A vampire's curse that will never rescind

But within the shadows a figure does crawl

A being of terror, who stands ever tall

Cthulhu, his name, whispered in fright

A Lovecraftian horror that stalks through the night

The vampire may feast, but Cthulhu will win

For in the face of madness, even the undead give in

So beware, oh mortals, of what lurks in the night

For the horrors of darkness are always in sight.
